You are probably correct Fish EH, the diesels are getting the 'heave ho' in most western countries now due to their NOx emissions. The day of diesel cars/trucks is numbered IMO, oh, apart from France 'cos the roads would be totally empty if they ban diesel cars/vans.

Ah, yep ZGP in a D1, but the D2 was never designed for the 300 TDi but personally I prefer the TD5 engine for it's power, quietness and abilities.

Europe was encouraged to own diesels, they were the so called Nirvana, now they've changed their minds .................... once again, hmmm, Brexiteers come to mind

Wow. Amazing what a chop job they did. I extracted the roof rack information. Hahahaha funny!!!:

Up on top, the truck is adorned with the absolute heaviest roof rack I have ever tried to lift. Perhaps made from solid bar stock, this one-of-a-kind crowning achievement was custom designed and hand welded using a poorly adjusted stick welder. I can only fearfully imagine adding the weight of cargo on to this rack. Once it was removed, driving the truck felt like it was a sports car.
