Why is my driver's seat now a rocking chair?
While off-roading on Sunday, my driver's seat suddenly rocked back and has identified as a rocking chair ever since. Depending if I'm leaning forward or back, it will rock with an inch or two range of motion. When trying to adjust the front of the seat up or down with the switch, a buzzing/clicking noise can be heard from beneath the seat but the front does not adjust. The back of the seat adjusts up and down just fine.
I haven't had any time to diagnose the problem yet. Any ideas what this may be? Hoping to get some ideas so I can save time troubleshooting. It's too damn hot to be outside longer than I have to be. I've attached a few videos of the problem in action.

If you remove the seat and flip it over (ideally on your bench), it is right there. Easy as can be. Seat removal is fairly trivial too.
Remove the seat. The plastics are easy- just use a Phillips head screw driver or bit on an electric driver.
The rear outer bolt that secures the seat's frame to to the body is a through bolt, so you need to secure the nut on the bottom side of the car while you remove the bolt from the top side. Or vice versa, whichever works for you. The other three bolts fasten directly into the body of the vehicle, so no need to have anybody underneath while you remove those. The seat bolts require a torx bit, T50 IIRC.
Once unbolted, tilt the seat forward so you can remove all of the wire clips on the bottom side.
You then have access to the motor assembly on the bottom side of the seat.
There are pins on each end of the assembly that have to be removed. I can't remember which one, but one end was a bit of a PITA due to clearance issues. I used a pry bar to assist.
Be careful on the new assembly if you are removing it from a donor seat. I didn't really care about the old assembly so brute force was involved.
Once pins are removed and wire clip is unfastened, the assembly slides right out.
To reinstall the pins into the new assembly, I used a punch and a hammer. The rest is the opposite of removal.
It was convenient to have a second set of hands to help but it's not necessary.
