Default Wife's Disco - New Headliner (Leopard Print)

Recently picked up a 2000 Disco for my wife after a long argument over jeep vs Rover... and having owned both... I obviously was arguing Rover. When finally I wore her down to the point she said. "Fine you can buy me a Rover... IF you put a leopard print headliner in it!" To which I said... "I can so do that"

Anyway to the point... this past Sunday we got to the project. I am not going to go into how to remove the headliner and all that jazz, as there are plenty of posts online about that... but here is what we used.

4 yards of anti-pill fleece fabric from Joanns
1 bottle of Loctite 300 spray adhesive

Total time: 4hours for removal, cleaning the backing, adhering fabric, and installation.

It actually turned out perfectly. The fabric adhered very well, and has a good strong bond. The fleece was very easy to work with, even with all the contours. Definitely a fun little project for my wife and I... next will be vinyl wrapping all the trim with leopard print.

Great job! The leopard does a good job making the point that it's a woman's ride. The giraffe one wasn't nearly as girly. I also have seen one done in a Tommy Bahama like fabric except it wasn't wide enough to go all the way down the sides.

Be sure to take some before and after pics when you start vinyl wrapping the trim. Hope it turns out as good as the headliner.

OMG! Not my thing, but actually, that's a great job.

But, she sure looks happy! Good job on keeping the wife happy. That way, when she starts buying gas, you've already got some points in place.
