Will 94 D1 wiper arms fit on 2001 D2?

Default Will 94 D1 wiper arms fit on 2001 D2?
have a chance to by 1994 D1 front wiper arms for my 2001 D2. Before doing so I wanted to confirm they will fit.

how much are you paying? you can buy them new for $15 each, fresh springs and all.

Ed - Damn I got ripped off. Where can you get new ones for that cheap?

Yes, they do fit and I highly recommend the swap. The D2 wipers don't last and can't be purchased at any auto parts stores.

How bout them apples...Oh well, I got away at $35 for the pair from the junk yard, no taxes or shipping, I think I did okay

I always wondered why swithcing to D1 wiper arms was so popular. So where do you get blades? Special order? Oh, hell,screw it, I'll just pull the arms off my '97 parts car.
