Window ECU repair kit from AB
Anyone tried it? I ordered it and I'm trying to install it now but I'm confused. I pulled the glove and attached the wire as specified to the ECU connector, but I can't find the wire it's talking about for the second part.
Here's the instructions:
http://www.roverparts.com/Instructio...tRepairKit.cfm
the part I'm talking about is step 4. I don't think I have a green and white wire in the connector. Unless I'm looking at the wrong one?
EDIT:I found it, I was looking at the wrong connector. Kit didn't work though, so I guess the next time is swapping some switches to see if I can get my rear windows to work again. [:@]

Mitch,
The more common thing to fail, especially if you are talking about your rear windows is the body ECU, usually the board cracks or a soldier joint fails, both of which can be repaired.
I would open it up and see what you find.
