window "pop"
Hey guys, I've been a way for a while, good to be back. But I've got front door window problems.
1. Driver's side door window. About every other time I lower my window I get an audible POP and it appears a little shimmy out of the forward portion of the window.
2. Passanger side from door window. I got the POP once of that side but now, than window will rollup all the way but the last half inch.
I'm about to take the inside door panel off and see what I can see. Anyone had this experience? Any pointers would be appreciated.

Yes we all have experienced that.. well maybe not all of us.
There is a plastic wheel on the regulator that is breaking or broken off, the peg that holds the wheel is getting jammed in a hole and "popping" back out of it. You need to replace the wheel before you damage the motor... here are a couple links to fixes.

that's a pretty good fix there. took me a minute to realize you cut out the whole inner metal track part there too. gonna have to try that on mine...pretty sure that's my problem. thanks for the advice!
