Window stuck while attempting to raise up
2003 Land Rover Discovery
While trying to raise the passenger side rear window, there is a grinding noise and the window will not ascend past a certain point. The window will rise all of the way if I push the switch to the up position and help the window up by hand. The window will go down with no problem.
I'm leaning towards a fault with the motor/regulator assembly, most likely the teeth/gear that raise and lower the glass. What do you all think?
I've attached a video to show the issue. I sped it up, just to save time for viewers.

Broken rollers, common issue related to insufficient lubrication from the factory. 3d printed rollers available from shapeways.com. Remove door panels and lubricated the other three if you want to prevent it.
I actually checked the rollers first and they are in tact and operating normally.
EDIT - I see this was my 3000th post in this forum. Woo hoo!

I have watched you short video , and it looks like the window is no coming up level , it down on the front end, this would jam the glass in the frame, a window regulator at very cheap tp buy, les the £20 in the UK, and a new electric motor £30, so not an expensive repair
