Default Window Trim under warranty?

I took my '03 Disco in to get the cruise control fixed (under warranty) and hed them take a look at my passanger window outer rubber trim. It's pushed up (kind of bubbled) a bit. My tech told me it "wasn't really covered." Any thoughts? I'll post a pic soon, i need to get a new card reader.

Thanks

They replaced the trim around my rear sunroof under warranty - it had shrunk and wasn't long enough anymore.

That part is covered by your warranty. I wouldn't trust much of what your mechanic tells you.
