Waqsn't done right or your mechanic missed something while in the engine, like warpped heads, a crack in a head or the block.

Sorry to hear of your trouble, thats a real bummer.I'm reading a lot about the head gasket issue in the Discovery, what is the main cause?overheating? or is it just the nature of the beast.I'm interested to hear more about it.Is there a line of defence?
