I would like to get a light bar to go over my windshield. is there anywhere to get one without spending 200 bucks. I'm about to weld up my own. if I can't find something reasonable.

 

There out there. I've cam across one while deciding which bar I wanted on my rig. Search a little. Its just a single piece of tube that contours around the top of the windshield, right?

 

yeah that is the one I was looking for. I found some in the uk, but they want a lot of jack for a single piece of half inch stock with a couple brackets on each side. I think I'm just going to take one of my cross bars on my roof rack and modify it to have 4 lights. I was thinking that way I could add a pigtail in the wiring loom and just unplug and unclip it. then when I'm running a long distance, or need to go in a parking garage or something I could still pop it off and throw it in the back.. not that I will very often, but I would at the very least have the option.
