Default wiper not working

ok, im driving down the interstate and the drivers wiper just slowly quit working. The passenger wiper works just fine. I'm assuming its the wiper motor that needs replaced. I searched the threads and I cant find anything about where the wiper motor is located. I'm not mechanically inclined and i cant find a repair manual anywhere. I have read some posts about a rave cd, what is this and where can i get one. I appreciate your help.

Theres a black cap on the wiper arm, pop that off and tighten the nut underneath, that will probably take care of it. I had the same thing happen to me recently.

Same with mine! Try putting some lock-tite on it if you don't want it to happen again. White or Blue.

If tightening the pivot nut doesn't fix your problem, then be more specific as to how the wipers are failing and at what wiper speed? You can also be having a wiper switch or wiper motor problem.

Loose nut, put a lock washer under the nut, adjust the wiper arm, tighten nut, send me $20.

Thank you all, that fixed it. I must say I was rather skeptical, I figured it would b much worse then just tightening a bolt.
