Need help identifying a wire. It's in the bundle coming from down by the thermostat and disappears between the alternator and intake manifold. Wrapped bundle with 30 ish plus wires. One is frayed and almost severed. Where can I find that bundle in rave?

 

What is the color of the frayed wire and does it have a different color stripe? Can you post a picture?

 

Brown but didn't have time to clean it enough to see the stripe color. Will snap a picture

 

Can't you just repair the wire? You can see both ends, right?

​​​​​​​yeah it's an easy fix.. still together by 1 strand but im sure its touched metal and shorted. Just curious what it is for....

Here are the pics of the wire in question. Appears to be black.


Look in front of red positive cable

 

If it's black it's a ground wire, although I can't tell you for what circuit.
