Worn Rod Bearing

Worn Rod Bearing
here is a pic of my rod bearing. it's worn down to the copper. i pulled it because there was evidence of wear on my cylinder sleeve and wanted to see if i had bad rings or what.
question is, if this one looks this bad, does this mean i need to pull them all to look? why does this happen? is this the sign of a bigger problem.
this cylinder has been missing and i've got a tick coming from low in the engine.

Oh yeah you seemed to found the noise on yours lol.Not sure why that happends but im told that engine blocks twist a little over time and causes uneven bearing wear.Right now my short block is at a machine shop geting all new main
bearings and rod bearings,Crank is also geting line bored.

You cant just put new rod bearings in the crank will need some machine work.
Also im not sure which truck this is for but some of the 4.0L have 4.6 main bearings so that will need to be determined before you buy anything.
By no means am i a expert at engine rebuilds im just sharing what i gathered so far.
