Its probably been clocked, that's 3,600 miles per year

or 70 miles per week,

it's your cash so your choice. True resale value, if it's kosher, around $3,000 to $5,000.

Be wary of buying anything from a used car lot. Their goal is to finance the car (your job is your credit), and when they break down and the owner can't repair it, it is repossesed, Blue Deviled, and "sold" again.
