Would putting on a Raised Air Intake make a 2003 Discovery Run in deeper water?

If you want to keep going in deep water, waterproof electrical connections, make sure diff, tranny, transfer case vents are high and wire ECUs and put in cubby box. And an elevated exhaust tip.
