I think I'm liking the looks of the first one better, from the pics....the second one looks a little cheesy, do they have both in stock so you can compare ?

Yes they are both in stock so I can compare.
They both have the same weight rating, same height but $30 price difference.
Thats a weeks worth of gas.

Do you have a Northern Tool nearby? For a few extra bucks how about this one (made in USA)?

Harbor freight has farm jacks too. Might be able to save some $. I haven't really looked at them very much so I cannot attest to how well they compare.

Only difference "imo" is the first one is a genuine "Hi lift" jack, so there will be a "little" of pay for the name in that, although you can get spares for hi lifts if you have "issues" with one, not sure about the "cheaper" ones.

On a side not spike whats it for ? you got hi lift points on your truck now ? or you want it for the "winching" side ref recovery ?

Could have done with one myself last weekend, destroyed another AT2 and had to use the bottle jack, that just sux got absolutley filthy just putting the dam thing under the car !!.....Hi lift would have been nicer since I have the jacking points in the sliders, prolly wait tho till I get bull bar on for mounting it up front

Urban Panzer asks an important question. Where do you plan on jacking this on your truck? Without the lift points it is unable to be used except for winching. Or are there some other plans in the process too?
