Default XYZ Switch Problems

Hi I have a technical question for you guys. I have a 1999 Discovery 2 with the flashing M&S lights with no crack. There also is no gear indication in the gauge cluster or no red dots on the shifter bezel. I am getting codes P0722 (Output Speed Sensor) and P0705 (Transmission Range Sensor). I tested the Battery, Alternator and Starter and they all are working perfectly. So then I decided to clean all the grounds on the vehicle to see if that was the problem. No result. So this has to be the XYZ switch. I took it out and tried to clean it out and put new dielectric grease in it to see if that would work before resorting to buying a switch. Put it back in and tried adjusting it with again no result. I bought a used but tested XYZ switch from a Land Rover salvage yard and put that in and adjusted it but again no result. I believe I have it in properly it is showing that it is in reverse, neutral, and drive when I test the live data but no connection from X, Y or Z. There still isn’t any gear indication in the cluster. I am stumped.... If you guys have any advice that would be great! Could it be the transmission ECU not getting the data? I will attach pictures of my progress.

How much voltage does your battery have standing and also while charging?
check the connections are secured to auto transmission ECU under the drivers seat

Battery doesn’t charge via the alternator since it doesn’t start but it’s a new battery since I thought it would just be that. I will check the wire connections to the Transmission ECU, should I spray electrical cleaner in the contacts? How do I test the ECU? Thanks!
