Default You Guys see this 2003 Rover with tree fallen on it!

Hey guys,

Did you see this poor guy's Discovery. Hope he had full coverage! $5300 seems a little expensive with 140,000 miles and severe tree damage!
Could be a good day or bad day. I say time to save up for a LR3 and cut your losses!

Yeah after I found that out, I would "accidently" run into a telephone pole. Then it would be covered by insurance! Make sure the pole landed about the same place as the tree did on the roof! I ask the guy what insurance company he had. Proabable e-surance, The General, or Safe-Auto

Funny thing happened with me as well, the parents of the neighbor across the street parked their Grand Marquis in the street. One of my huge Live Oaks split in half and totally crunched their car, it was a pile of scrap metal. My insurance checked it out and said the tree fell outside my property line, so its not my/their liability. Their insurance also found some reason not to pay, the county insurance did not cover it either. So if a tree falls on your car you're screwed.

Man he has a crappy insurance company.
It look pretty sweet to me, looks right at home.
Take a hammer to the inside of the roof and pound it out, replace the glass and call it good.

I would have drug it into my driveway with the branch on top and tried again

I would have then drug it [and the branch] into a lake and tried again,

Just for poops and giggles I called my agent Nichol yesterday and asked her about this.
I am covered.

But a FYI for everyone out there in cyber space...if you do NOT have comprehensive coverage on your car you are NOT covered, if you do you are covered minus your deductible.
