Smile You're gonna love this one...

I was doing the throttle body cleaning today and everything was going fine. I opened the throttle body up and started spraying inside the intake when the little plastic extension that comes taped to the side of the can comes off from the nozzle and disappears into the intake. I look all around the throttle body and it is nowhere to be found and it can't be seen inside past the throttle body.

Any ideas about how I got it out?

Yup, that's pretty good. Even if you pull the intake manifold off, it still might be hard to get it out of there without pulling it apart further. I would unbolt the throttle body and get a flash light and one of those small mirrors on a stick to have a look inside the manifold.

You are probably gonna have to remove the intake plenum off to get to it.

Hopefully, it didn't make it's way down into the engine.

It being plastic, you might just need to fire the beast up and let it burn the little straw up.

I was j/k about that last part.

Good luck.

I was able to get it out without taking anything apart. I cupped my hand over the throttle body intake and used my garage vac to suck it out of there. Pulled the vac away and there it was. I got VERY lucky.....

Sorry, I can't help but LMAO at this.

I am glad to hear you got the straw out! Now hopefully you can laugh at this too.
