2018 2.0L low compression
Need a little help diagnosing this 2018 Discovery Sport 2.0L that i bought. Vehicle has about 120k miles and has code for cylinder 2 misfire. It will start up and drive and feels very much like its not hitting on one cylinder. I pull the spark plug out of #2 and you can tell its been washed clean by fuel. I went ahead and pulled the rest or the plugs out and did a compression test. Cylinder 4 had 190 PSI, but cylinders 1-3 only had about 25 PSI. Something does not seem right because these is no way a 4 cylinder could be driven at highway speeds with one good cylinder. Next, i started to do a leak down test and i may be remembering wrong, but it seemed like cylinder 4 was the only one that didnt want to hold pressure. Any ideas?
