I had Just bought my certified pre-owned Disco Sport with 30k miles on it. Like new.

I decided to take ti to the beach, here in Puerto Rico. there is a muddy trail to a surf spot, the mud ruts program was crushing it. I impulsively pulled into a bigger puddle and underestimated just how deep and slick the rut was. see photos






attached. While I was in the mud (Exhaust submerged) the car stalled out. I proceeded to turn the car on and try to maneuver out of the rut. the car stalled again and I repeated to turn it on a few more times, having to press on the gas to start the truck toward the last few times. Eventually it woudlnt turn on again. thought maybe battery was dead.

Got towed out and still no luck. haven't been able to get in touch With insurance yet. Air filter was muddy. It seems there its muddy water mixed with the oil. I don't know what to do...
