Mechanics in Las Vegas

I was wondering if there was a family own shop in Las Vegas who can do a engine overhaul for a good price other than Kingston Motors?

There are a few shops I know that could handle it. Not Rover Specific but could do it. Five Star Auto on west Sahara would be my choice. Guys name is Bobby
