r150 transmission and stock disco 1 CDL tcase

Is this up and running? I'm curious who made the adapter plate to go to an R150 and then from R150 to the land roer lt230 tansfer case. I'm looking into doing the same thing but in a disco 1 with an R380 manual trans.
