I recently had to clear my browsing history and cache to trouble shoot an IT issue I was having. I had a heck of a time logging back into this site because I had previously set up an AuthyID, but not from this device (iPad), and Authy kept asking for a QR code from this forum so that it would show on the Authy app.

Where can I find the QR code?
