Malware site hijack?

And it's back... odd. Again only here but this was the first time since my last mention of it. Going to delete all cookies again. Seems like an ad issue again. I don't get it. Of course I dont have Norton to begin with. If I clock close, it forwards to the fake warning sites. If I do nothing, it still does and will forward endlessly.

Don't click on any link inside that message. Also it looks like you have the AppleCare protection scam virus on your computer per this link https://www.pcrisk.com/removal-guide...op-up-scam-mac . Read some of the posts on the apple.com support site about this very same issue. Hope you get better soon...

OK, so from that original screen shot of yours apparently you went to "New Posts" and that's when the bad ad popped up? And then apparently if you block ads then the problem is fixed? I tried to replicate last time using my friend's Mac Pro and could not get it to happen, very strange. Hopefully you will not have any more issues...

Well you know it might have something to do with site ad localization, because when I logged into the "New Posts" a minute ago I see a Microsoft ad pushing Excel in Office 365, but if I go to the LR3 site I see a Scotiabank (Canada) ad, I have never seen a "Shop at your local Autozone" ad. This is certainly a very strange problem, hopefully it is not a malicious one...
