Yes, iPhone 6SE using both Safari and Edge. All settings are set to prevent popups

Does not happen on my MSFT Surface Pro 3 using Edge.

 

Does not happen on my iPhone nor my iPad.

 

Android, fire tab 10 and surface pro no pop ups

 

iPhone 7 and I had it happen twice while checking the update in this thread. Look forward to the weekend corrections.

 

Like I said if it is still an issue on Monday let me know since I don't see the pop ups
