We have an 03 Freelander V6 with a P1319 code, no other codes showing and no apparent misfires, the vehicle will not respond to the gas pedal at all. It starts and idles just fine, pushing on the gas has no effect however. It just continues to idle. 1/4 tank of gas in there. Idles smooth and ran good before this came up.

 

Most likely the electric throttle body. Check the connector at the accelerator pedal in the car, and at the throttle body under the hood. If the connectors are tight and clean, the throttle body unit is the likely issue. Hope this helps.
