Default Air conditioning slow to cool

2008 LR 2.
The A/C doesn’t begin cooling until I have driven about 5 miles, no matter how long it sets idling prior to driving. At first the temp was nice and cold once it did start to cool. Now it doesn’t seem to be as cold. My truck A/C is much cooler by comparison.

2021 Velar RDynamic HSE P400 with inline 6 cyl (USA). I am having the same problem and it's recent. It's odd because when the car is running but at rest, the air is warm, even on the lowest setting. However, it's only when the vehicle is moving that I get decent AC. I am trying to determine if this a function of engine speed or vehicle speed. The latter seems to be a factor, because when I'm sitting in traffic on a hot day, the AC really falls off.
