Default Button underneath Cruise Control?

What is this button to the left of the steering wheel. the owners manual does not say? It is the bottom of two buttons and the top is Cruise.

Thanks.

Me: oh, that button? That's for the fog lights.
You: fog lights? I don't have any fog lights.

It's the rear fog light, bright red, brighter than the break light.Driving with it on when it's not foggy is not a good idea as it's kind of dazzling in normal situations.
