Question Freelander 2 Rear Suspension Compatibility (diesel vs petrol)

Long time 2010 LR2 HSE owner in NA, and having trouble finding a used loaded strut assembly for the rear right. Of course I can find a few for each of the other 3 positions on Ebay etc, but looks like I may have to buy from overseas via the Freelander 2, but notice many variants and looking for clarification.

Question is, and pardon if there is info on this, and obvious the engines are different requiring many differing parts/fitting etc, but does that also apply to rear suspension parts? Wouldn't rear struts/assemblies be interchangeable across all Freelander 2 petrol vs diesel same year? I notice most of them I find on-line, if not all, seem compatible with the diesel version but not the petrol, or is that just becasue eBay and its compatibility chart?

Such a wide birthed part wrt the LR2, where the struts/assemblies are the same from 2008 - 2015 for all models. Odd if there are two particular for the Freelander 2
Thanks!
