I have a 2002 freelander and the headlight lowbeams just barely come on. It cant be a fuse so I assume it is a ground. Does anyone know where the headlight grounds are. Or how to solve this problem. The high beams are fine.

 

Are they both low, have you checked to see if your bulbs are burned out and all you are actually seeing is the light from the parking lights?
