Landrover Freelander juddering
Hi,
I am new to this forum and also new to the world of Landrovers!
I have recently bought a Landrover freelander 1.8 petrol (manual). It's 10 years old but has very low mileage and is in great condition.
I have noticed a judding/knocking noise coming from the rear right side of the car, when turning quite sharply on a left turn. It's the only time I hear /feel this and not all the time. As the car is new to me and I don't yet have the feel for it + no previous Landrover experience.... just wondering if anyone can help?
Thanks

You should have a look at the 3 silent block from the rear differential...probably one of them (maybe the center one) is broken
Here you can see how they look
eBay | Kit silent blocs de pont arriere Land Rover Freelander
You can simulate the knoking noise (klang) by pushing the rear differential on the side or up
