TC+HDC+No Daytime Lights = No Wipers???

TC+HDC+No Daytime Lights = No Wipers???
Hey guys,
I am at a loss, I tried reading the various posts but mine seems to be a sort of combination of sorts.
*2005 Freelander 101,000kms KV6 petrol
When starting up I get
*TC light ON
*HDC! Light ON
*No Daytime running lights (once shifting out of park)
*= Front Wipers not working at all
Or ...
*no TC or HDC lights
*Daytime running lights come on
*Wipers work fine...
then click TC & HDC lights on Daytime lights go off.
& wipers stop working.
Am I looking at the Park/Neutral switch or the wiper control module?
It seems to happen any time really
