same thing has been happening to mine, it may go six months a do fine then boom it does it again. I have taken the gas cap off before and then it works just fine don't know why. But now that isn't helping. did you ever find anything out on yours?

 

Can this connector on the accelerator pedal be taken apart and cleaned with electrical spay. I am having the same problem with an 02 Freelander 2.5 v6. When it's warm it stalls when trying to start it. I purchased a throttle position sensor but can't see where it should live.
