5000.00 for the Lux Upg..... Seems as though the headrest are a little bigger (More Leather) To my Understanding they offered this option later on with the later production 03 models...

it might seem a little obsurd, but in my opinion, there is no more comfortable seat then the contour seat in the lux package, nothing, no other manufacturer, except maybe bmw cus they made the thing, can come anywhere close to this seat.
If you have the option (and cash) to get it - go for it. We did in our Sport and wish we had in the 4.4 - they didn't have it in the 4.4 color I wanted at the time and I should have let them locate me one. Look feel, comfort - all better. If I flip for a 09 this year I will definitely get it.
the fully adjustable seats are amazingly comfortable. had bmw and saabs which I thoght had great seats but these beat them -- I am tall and the adjustability of the upper part of the seat makes a big difference. the headrests somehow perform better as well.
