Got a 1988 RR Classic with 180k miles on it and noticed a miss at idle. Checking into it more we found out that one of the cylinders has no compression. Hoping it was carbon we ran seafoam through it and ran it hard to holefully clear things out and still we have no compression. Once the vehicle is off idle it seems to run fine/smooth with expected power. The spark plug is dry so there is some kind of combustion going on.

Is there another way to clean up the carbon? Or is this a teardown?
