I am looking at a 1992 Range Rover. 128,000 miles. I know very little about them. Any information would be great. I can get it for $3200. Pretty good shape, the idol kind of jumps, is this common?

In my experience with a '95 with 105K miles...be prepared to do some work on the electronics. If you truck has air suspension, plan on working on that too. I have changed my air spring to steel because I had so many problems. I love my RR, but I'm less than impressed with the long-term quality of the truck.
