1996 P38 Diesel RR - Auto Gear Box Problem

1996 P38 Diesel RR - Auto Gear Box Problem
Automatic Gear Box
After running with the hand break Partially on it got Hot and since then, i have been unable to engage into Low Range, the Sports mode will Not engage, the gear shift illumination flashes all the time and the on board information screen that contains mileage etc reads "Select Neutral" All the time unless in neutral.
Put it on a independent land rover garage diagnostics, they came up with nothing.
Any Idea's Please,
