2006 Range Rover. A/C stopped blowing cold air. Had the system evacuated and refilled. It's was very low. I believe it was at .31. After recharging the system it still didn't blow cold air.


I know these are variable displacement systems which can make it harder to test but surely there is a way I can do it on my own.(at least with the help of an a/c expert)

 

Another note. It does blow hard and when I turn on the a/c the clutch does kick in.
