Cool 2006 SC Vogue, worth hanging on to it?

Okay here is a question with no definitive answer as its a matter of opinion. Here is my conundrum. I have a 2006 SC RR Vogue. Have had it for 6 years and love it. The interior is getting a bit tatty but can be dealt with. Ever since I have owned the car its had an aftermarket warranty. I have had no major issues but would say I have had my moneys worth from the warranty. The car is coming up to 145000kms (86000miles). The warranty is up in 7 months and becuase of the milage I wont be able to by another one (NZ$1500/3 years).

My question is this. What mechanical issues can I expect from now onwards with a car of this age with this many kms/miles? I would love to keep the car, treat it as a project to keep it looking new (btw its also my daily driver) but my wife is adamant we need to get rid of it, because once the warranty runs out we wont be able to afford to fix it! Over the last few years the following has been done: airbag replaced, front and rear diffs, supercharger cooling pump, gearbox repair, amplifier replaced.

Vehicle has been serviced at Landrover dealer since new every 10 to 15000 kms.

What else could/will go wrong?
