I have an 06 Super Charged full size Range Rover.

5,000 miles on it and I am getting a message "Suspension Fault"

Anyone know what is going on? I have to take the vehicle on a 1,000 mile trip over the weekend and the dealership can't get me in tomorrow before I leave.

Do you guys think I am ok driving it?

You really need to speak to the service manager,to explain your situation. Ifthe suspension is sitting level now, you might be OK, but thats an iffy call.
It could a simple repair ? call em back and BITCH . [:@]
