Saw these a while back and still can't get over sending it back to the dealer like that. Not knowing all the details it seems a bit drastic but I guess if I was constantly having all those problems and the dealership took as long he claimed it might be a different story.

Well, do you blame the guy for being pissed off? LR gave him a mini van as a loaner!!! What a slap in the face. I'd be furious.
On a serious note. He has all the right to be angry. A brand new $96K vehicle with that many problems is unacceptable and LR should just replace the vehicle for him.
My RR has been towed once since I've bought it a year ago. The coolant reservoir mysterioulsy burst. Not expensive to fix, but just a hassle so I do feel for the guy.
