Default 2012 range rover speedometer question

Hey guys,

We've recently purchased a brand new range rover, and I've been having a hard time finding a way to get a digital display of the current speed along with the needle type digital speedometer in kph for both. I find it much easier to read a number while driving than to look at a needle point between two speeds that are 20 kph apart if you know what I mean.
Can anyone solve my problem?

Thanks!

you may find the info you need in the owners manual, the virtual dash is really cool

You could also try contacting the dealership. Our local dealership is pretty knowledgeable about the cars and how they work. I remember they even helped me with a feature on my old RR I didn't know even existed.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will be paying the local LR showroom a visit when time permits to learn all there is about this car.

Did the salesman not give you a block of instruction on your vehicle? Sales personnel are supposed to do that on ALL deliveries, including CPO vehicles. You should not let you drive off until you at least know what every button and switch does on that car.

Its funny how much you can learn from reading a book about your vehicle

I did read the owners manual, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I was actually disappointing in the level of detail the manual provides.

Does it have fluid specifications and capacities? I was looking through a 2001 Audi A4's owner manual earlier this week, and it did not list any of them! I was shocked. It basically tells you to stick your finger up your nose and call the dealership when the car has an issue or needs service.

OK off to the dealer,
hopefully you will talk to someone that is in tune with the nuances of the new features

did you ever figure out how to turn on digital MPH on the 2012 RR? I can only Enable kph digital. Not MPH
