95 RR County
I am an original owner of the 95 RR w/ 57,000 miles on it. Having a problem neither the Dealer or anybody else I have taken to can solve. Driving down the road (paved) at approx. 35 - 40 MPH steady, the RPM needle starts down then up then down and up again rapidly and a each time it goes down the vehicle jerks. If I stomp on the accelerator the gear drops, RPM's up and there is plenty of power. When I stabilize back to 35 - 40 it starts all over again. Also to add, if I pull over and turn off then on again and start down the road, sometimes it's fine other starts jerking again. Mechanic cleaned all the injectors. It also happens while keeping 75-80 on the highway, always in steady MPH driving. Any clue?
Hmm, That's interesting. Your tach is driven by the alternator and has nothing to do with the fuel system. Are you sure it's a 95' and not a 96' ? That would be a classic symptom of a 96'. Does it have a distributor ?
Yes, It's a 1995 County LWB. As far as I know it does not have a distributer, do you think it may have to do with the pick-up coil? The problem never seems to be picked up by the diagnostic when they are checking it out.
