Default ABs accumulator

hello everyone this is my first post. I need to replace my ABS accumulator and can't seem to find any detailed instructions. im mechanicaly enclind is there any thing i should be worried about? who make the best repair manuel or CD and where can i get one. i appreciate any help.

STOP! due not unscreew that accumulator.
you are dealing with insane pressures inside a charged accumulator.
1160 pounds per squar inch (80 BAR)
wear safety glasses!
first with the key off, operate the brake pedal 30 times
pushing the pedal as far as you can with both feet.
2nd wait 60 sec and press four more times.
ok change it but it may still have some pressure in it

Oh that sounds exciting...1200 psi blasting a screw + screw driver....
