Default Acceleration

I have BMW 7, when I push a throttle car accelerates all the way, but my Range Rover 4.6 HSE, it increases revolutions, but there is no significant acceleration in order to increase speed I have to let down pedal in order to change a gear. What is an idea with this car because I like it I understand that I can not be as fast but 4.6 , 8 cylinders . Anybody can tell me how to handle.

It is going to be much slower than a 7 series. The only time it will go faster than a 7 series is off road. That is what they were designed for. The typical 0 to 60mph time is between 9 and 12 seconds depending on the age and engine size. Despite the fact has a 4.6L V8, it is an older engine design and is only putting out about 220hp. Whereas your BMW is probably putting out around 280hp depending on the engine. That and your 7 series is big, but it doesn't way as much as a tank like the rover.
