I had an Alpine GPS, sat radio, cd, etc in a Jeep. The GPS was Garmin and was the best GPS I ever had. It was so much better than the stock GPS that comes with Land Rovers. But it's major surgery to take out the stock radios in these cars and replace them with aftermarket stuff. Be careful

Im moron guys and gals. After probing around on the site link i provided in my previous post, I found there was a Compatibility guide. Yea chipn Im gonna have a professional instillation. As far as the alpine I was thinking of, it wont fit. So im gonna go with this kenwood with nav included.

The adapter for the Ipod is an option on all new ones. Don't try to use the AUX jack, there will be no volume. I just keep my spare Ipod hooked up to it all the time. It does put the thing to sleep if your not using it and keeps it charged. Haven't had the guts to hook the iphone up to it as I don't know if it would work very well if someone called you while you were listening to your I tunes but the jack fits the Iphone too.
