Default BCU?

where can i find a bcu. i have looked on this site and ebay, i have also tried www.roverlandparts.com but no luck. also need to find a transfer case and steering stabilizer. i drive a 1996 range rover 4.0 se. please please please help me. my dad is going to sell my rover if i can't find the parts at a cheap price. i need to find the transfer case for under $1000. a used bcu. and a used steering stabilizer. thanx

a used becm will not work unless you have it unlocked and programed with a laptop.
unless the case is broken most parts of the borgwarner transferbox can be replaced or rebuilt.

i think it is my chain slipping inside the transfercase. when i leave my driveway and any stop sign or red light. its like a " bang bang bang bang" noise. the more i press the gas the faster the noise. but when i go about 55mph it doesnt it. i have also tried draing the fluid and seeing if it is black with no little scrapes of metel. it was fine. put somenew fluid in. . no change.

i don't think your going to get back on the road for under 1000 dollars
but the morse chain can be replaced. if you had slipping of the morse chain
the transfer box fluid would have chips of metal in it.
