I've been trying to connect my phone to my blue tooth system in a 2005 range. it tells me the phone is not docked and then when it does come on it rings but when you try to answer it cuts off. it has a slot for a phone inside the center consoul but i don't have that phone. I'm trying to use the I phone

 

There might be an update for the vehicle's system at the dealership that might fix this problem
