can i put a 3.9 disco engine in a 97 rr
i can pick up 97 RR dirt cheap it as the 4 litre with bad heads (supposedly warped ) not running. but the rest of the car is in good shape to good to scrap.
i have 2 1995 discos with good running 3.9 letre motor .
i have 2 questions first can i do a simple engine swap?
or
second can i use the heads from the 3.9 motor on the 4 .litre and repair the original motor?

The short answer is yes to both.
You will need to transplant the CrPS bracket.
